I offer virtual individual therapy to adults throughout New York State. I encourage you to come as you are, set yourself up in a comfortable, private area with no distractions, and be open to receiving support and guidance. I approach clients with compassion, empathy, an open-mind, and the desire to understand your life circumstances. Our work together will include, but is not limited to, processing events and emotions, setting goals, exploring thought processes, shifting habits and behaviors, all while incorporating some humor and laughs. Your comfort and safety is of utmost importance and I am always open to feedback.
It’s difficult to navigate mental health alone or with people who simply don’t understand how it impacts your daily life and what goes on in the inner workings of the brain and body. There needs to be a comprehensive plan of action and consistency to solve it at the root and succeed in managing symptoms successfully.
